What Is Sehri Ki Dua ?
Ramadan is the ninth month of Islamic calendar and regarded as the most religious and respectable month for Muslims out of the all 12 months. During the holy month of Ramadan when holy Quran has been sent from heaven as a path of guidance for human beings having clear signs leading to straight road and differentiating truth from falsehood when all Muslims fast from sun rise to sun set.
In the first part of the fasting in Ramadan, the meal taken before fasting and sun rise is called Suhur and the Dua made at the time of taking this meal is called Sehri Ki Dua. Fasting at the time of the year is considered to be method for infusing self control. For the fasting you should eat before the dawn and make your Sehri Ki Dua during that time. It has to be before the prayer of Fajr. It is thought to be most important meal of the day especially during Ramadan, so should not be skipped. You can have traditional Sehri dish Feni, Sheermal, soups, curries, and rotis with tea or glass of milk with kheer or Seviyan.
